About the role
The Head of Compliance interview tests whether you can lead an independent, risk-based function across a regulated bank. The panel is looking for sound interpretation, credible monitoring, controlled regulator engagement and the influence to improve conduct without taking ownership away from the business.
How to prepare

- Review how regulatory change should move from interpretation through implementation to assurance.
- Practise explaining a serious compliance exposure and required action to a board committee.
