Your workspace

You're responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it. Keep your sign-in details private. Workspace owners manage members and billing.

Using Intaviu fairly

• Tell candidates they will be interviewed by an AI interviewer. The app shows this and collects their consent.
• Use evaluations as one input to a decision a person makes, not as the only basis for selecting or rejecting someone.
• Don't configure questions that ask about protected characteristics, or use Intaviu to discriminate.
• Only add details and files about a candidate that you have a lawful reason to hold and share for this process.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Plans and payment

Prices are in naira and include VAT. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year and are charged to your card through Paystack until you cancel. New workspaces start on the free Starter plan.

You can cancel anytime from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free Starter plan. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Interviews use credits by the minute. Credits included in a plan are for the month and don't carry over. Bought credits last 12 months from your latest top-up and aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.

Your data

You own the interviews, rubrics, transcripts, files and results in your workspace. We process candidate data on your behalf as described in our privacy notice, and we'll sign a data processing agreement on request.

AI evaluations

Scores and summaries are produced by an AI model from the interview transcript. They can be wrong. Review the evidence before acting on a score.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Intaviu available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Intaviu in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State.
