How to prepare

- Map the legal workstreams for a suspected personal data breach and the facts needed for each decision.
- Practise explaining the difference between controller and processor responsibilities through a vendor example.
- Choose a time you influenced a product or commercial team to change a risky design.

- Giving a conclusion before establishing what data is involved, why it is used and who receives it.
- Treating consent as the answer to every processing question.
