About the role
This interview covers the movement of medicines from suppliers through storage and distribution. The panel is looking for disciplined planning, control of quality-sensitive stock, strong use of supply data and calm decisions when imports, suppliers or internal operations are disrupted.
How to prepare
- Map how purchase orders, quality release, warehousing and distribution connect in a pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Prepare an example of preventing or recovering from a shortage without bypassing quality controls.
- Revise batch traceability, shelf-life monitoring and temperature-excursion handling.
- Practise explaining how you use ERP data, stock reports and supplier measures to set priorities.
- Think through a supplier performance discussion supported by evidence and a corrective plan.
