About the role
A junior dispute resolution associate helps analyse claims, research procedural and substantive law, prepare documents and keep evidence and deadlines under control. The interview tests whether you can build a disciplined view of a case while remaining candid about weaknesses and open to proportionate settlement.
How to prepare
- Practise producing a chronology and issues list from a mixed bundle of correspondence and records.

- Prepare an example of writing a persuasive argument supported by evidence and authority.
