About the role
This interview tests how you turn a learning need into a coherent course rather than simply formatting content. The panel will look for sound objectives, purposeful assessment, accessible production choices and evidence that you improve learning after launch.
How to prepare
- Choose one course you designed and be ready to explain the need, audience, constraints and results.
- Practise writing measurable objectives and matching each one to an activity and assessment.
- Review how you make mobile learning readable, accessible and usable with limited connectivity.
- Prepare an example of how you challenged or clarified input from a subject expert.
- Think through the evidence you would use to judge whether learning transferred into practice.
Common mistakes
- Describing attractive screens without explaining the learning problem.
- Using activities that do not connect to an objective or assessment.
- Treating completion and satisfaction as the only measures of success.
- Ignoring accessibility, device limits or weak connectivity.
