About the role
This interview tests leadership across a group of connected payments products rather than ownership of one feature. The panel wants to see portfolio thinking, enough payments knowledge to challenge assumptions and a strong approach to coaching product managers. You should be able to connect reliability, risk, merchant value and commercial performance in the same decision.
How to prepare

- Review a portfolio decision where you moved people or investment between products.
- Practise explaining how you coach product managers while preserving their decision authority.
